Every professional on Flow is verified before they can accept a single booking so riders know who they're trusting.
Bookings, Payments and Plans That Change
Riders pay a 20% deposit by card or mobile wallet and the rest to the instructor on the day. A session can be moved or cancelled under a policy shown before booking, and a waiting list tells riders when a coach is available again.
