This policy explains what WLF Tech collects through this website, why we collect it, and what you can ask us to do with it. It covers wlf-tech.com only: each of our apps has its own privacy policy, linked from its Google Play listing.
What we collect
- When you book a call: your name, your email address, your phone number if you give one, what you tell us about your project, and the date and time you choose.
- When you email us: your address and whatever your message contains.
- When you message us on WhatsApp: your number, the name on your WhatsApp profile, and your messages.
- When you visit: our hosting provider keeps standard server logs — your IP address, your browser type and the pages you request — to run the site and keep it secure. The site also holds your IP address in memory for a short time to limit repeated booking attempts and repeated votes.
- When you answer "Did this answer your question?" under a question: we add one to that question's count of yes or no answers. Nothing else about you is stored with it. Your browser remembers which questions you have answered, on your device only, so you are not asked again.
What we don't do
- There are no analytics or advertising trackers on this site, and the public pages set no cookies.
- We don't sell your details, and we don't share them with anyone for their own marketing.
How we use your details
- To arrange the call you booked and to email you its confirmation.
- To reply to you — by email, or on WhatsApp if you wrote to us there — and, if we go on to work together, to run the project.
- To keep the website working and protect it from abuse.
Who handles your details for us
We use a few services to run the site. They process your details on our behalf, only to provide their service, and may store them outside your country.
- Google Firebase stores booking records.
- Resend sends the booking emails.
- Netlify hosts the website.
- WhatsApp, run by Meta, carries the messages you send us there, under its own privacy policy.
How long we keep your details
We keep booking details for as long as we need them to follow up on your enquiry and, if we work together, for the length of the project and our business records. You can ask us to delete them at any time.
Your choices
You can ask us for a copy of the details we hold about you, ask us to correct them, or ask us to delete them. Email info@wlf-tech.com and we will respond within 30 days.
Children
This website is meant for businesses and adults. We don't knowingly collect details from anyone under 16.
Changes to this policy
If we change this policy, we will publish the new version on this page and update the date at the top.
