Farrah Gherak — Privacy Policy

In short: Farrah Gherak is free. No ads, no payments, no tracking. We keep only what is needed to show your items and let people reach you, and you can delete everything at any time from inside the app.
What we collect
- Account: your email address and password (the password is handled by Google Firebase Authentication and never seen by us).
- Profile: your first name, mobile number and governorate.
- Items you post: photos, title, description, category, governorate and area.
- Safety: reports you make about items, and the users you block.
Who can see what
- Anyone using the app can see your items and your first name.
- Your mobile number on an item is shown only to signed-in users, so they can contact you on WhatsApp or by phone.
- Your email, full profile, reports and blocked list are private.
How it is stored
Data is stored with Google Firebase (Authentication, Cloud Firestore and Cloud Storage). We do not sell or share your data, and we use no advertising or analytics services.
How long we keep it
Items stay until you mark them given, delete them, or delete your account. Items older than 30 days are hidden until you re-post them. Reports are kept for up to 12 months for moderation.
Deleting your account
In the app: Account → Delete account, then enter your password. This permanently deletes your account, profile, all your items and their photos. You can also email us to ask for deletion — see how to delete your account.
Children
Farrah Gherak is not directed at children under 13.

باختصار: فرّح غيرك مجاني بالكامل. لا إعلانات ولا مدفوعات ولا تتبّع. نحتفظ فقط بما يلزم لعرض حاجاتك وتمكين الناس من التواصل معك، ويمكنك حذف كل شيء في أي وقت من داخل التطبيق.
ما نجمعه
- الحساب: بريدك الإلكتروني وكلمة المرور (تتولاها خدمة Google Firebase ولا نطّلع عليها).
- الملف الشخصي: اسمك الأول ورقم موبايلك ومحافظتك.
- الحاجات التي تعرضها: الصور والعنوان والوصف والقسم والمحافظة والمنطقة.
- الأمان: البلاغات التي ترسلها والمستخدمون الذين تحظرهم.
من يرى ماذا
- أي مستخدم للتطبيق يرى حاجاتك واسمك الأول.
- رقم موبايلك يظهر فقط للمستخدمين المسجّلين للتواصل معك عبر واتساب أو الاتصال.
- بريدك وملفك الكامل وبلاغاتك وقائمة الحظر خاصة بك.
أين تُحفظ البيانات
تُحفظ البيانات لدى Google Firebase. لا نبيع بياناتك ولا نشاركها، ولا نستخدم أي خدمات إعلانات أو تحليلات.
مدة الاحتفاظ
تبقى الحاجات حتى تعلّمها كتم التسليم أو تحذفها أو تحذف حسابك. الحاجات الأقدم من 30 يوماً تُخفى حتى تعيد نشرها. تُحفظ البلاغات حتى 12 شهراً للمراجعة.
حذف الحساب
من التطبيق: حسابي ← حذف الحساب ثم أدخل كلمة المرور. سيُحذف حسابك وملفك وكل حاجاتك وصورها نهائياً. ويمكنك أيضاً مراسلتنا لطلب الحذف — راجع طريقة حذف الحساب.
الأطفال
التطبيق غير موجّه للأطفال دون 13 عاماً.
