Delete your Farrah Gherak account

In the app

  1. Open Farrah Gherak and go to the Account tab.
  2. Tap Delete account.
  3. Enter your password and confirm.

By email — if you can't open the app, email info.wlftech@gmail.com from the address you signed up with. We delete it within 30 days.

What is deleted: your account, email, first name, mobile number, governorate, all your items and their photos, and your blocked list. What is kept: reports you made, for up to 12 months, for moderation.

حذف حسابك على فرّح غيرك

من التطبيق

  1. افتح فرّح غيرك واذهب إلى حسابي.
  2. اضغط حذف الحساب.
  3. أدخل كلمة المرور وأكّد.

بالبريد — إن لم تستطع فتح التطبيق، راسل info.wlftech@gmail.com من البريد الذي سجّلت به، ونحذف الحساب خلال 30 يوماً.

ما يُحذف: حسابك وبريدك واسمك ورقمك ومحافظتك وكل حاجاتك وصورها وقائمة الحظر. ما يُحتفظ به: البلاغات التي أرسلتها لمدة تصل إلى 12 شهراً للمراجعة.
