Project 60
Privacy Policy
Last updated: August 31, 2026 · Operated by WLF Tech
Project 60 is a habit-tracking app built around a 60-day commitment. This policy explains what data the app handles, where it lives, who processes it, and how to delete it. It matches what the app actually does — nothing more is collected than what is listed here.
What we collect
- Account: your email address and password (email sign-in) or your Google account credential (Google sign-in), plus the profile you create — display name, @username, country (optional), and profile photo (optional).
- Habit record: the habits you create, their completion log, streaks, and the EXP and rank derived from them.
- Contract signature: the signature you draw when starting a habit, stored as an image.
- Referrals: if you enter a friend's invite code, the invitation is recorded against both accounts.
- Purchases: handled by the app store and RevenueCat (see below); we never see your payment details.
We use no analytics or tracking SDK beyond the services listed in this policy.
What is public
Project 60 has community features, and some of your data is visible to other members by design:
- Your public profile — display name, @username, country, profile photo, lifetime EXP, rank, and Elite status — appears on the leaderboards, in the community feed, and in member search.
- Your habits' statistics — streak, record, and daily completion — appear in the community feed. Habits you mark private publish only their statistics, never their name or icon.
What is never shown to other members: your email address, your contract signatures, and the names of private habits.
Where your data lives
Your habit record is stored on your device. For signed-in accounts it is also mirrored to our cloud — Google Firebase, hosted in the EU — so it can be restored on another device. If you use the app as a guest, your data stays on your device only and nothing is sent to our cloud.
Service providers
- Google Firebase (authentication, database, file storage) — stores your account and habit record, hosted in the EU.
- Brevo (email delivery) — receives your email address only so that verification and password-reset messages reach you from our own domain. Nothing else is shared with it.
- RevenueCat (subscriptions) — processes Elite purchases alongside the app store. It receives an anonymous app user ID and never your habits.
- Google AdMob (ads, free tier only) — shows ads to free members and uses your device's advertising ID for that purpose. The Elite plan shows no ads.
Delete your account & data
In the app:
- Open the Profile tab.
- Scroll to the Danger Zone and choose Clear all data.
- Type the confirmation word and confirm.
This permanently erases your habit record, profile, friendships, photos, and signatures — on your device and in our cloud. Your entries on the leaderboards and in the community feed are removed. This cannot be undone.
To have your sign-in credential (the email account itself) deleted as well, or to request deletion without access to the app, contact us through wlf-tech.com from the email address on the account and we will remove it promptly — normally within 7 days.
Note: uninstalling the app does not delete your cloud data. Use the in-app wipe or contact us.
Retention: we keep your data only while your account exists. After a deletion request, all of it is erased; we retain nothing except what the app stores are required to keep about purchases, which lives with the store, not with us.
Children
You must be at least 13 years old to create an account. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13; if you believe a child has created an account, contact us and we will delete it.
Changes to this policy
If this policy changes, the date at the top changes with it, and material changes are announced in the app. Continued use after a change means you accept it.
