Refund Policy
Overview
We strive to provide the best kitesurfing experience possible. Due to the scheduling nature of our trainers and the unpredictability of weather, we have established the following refund and cancellation rules.
Trainer No-Show
If your assigned trainer fails to show up for the scheduled session without prior notice, you are entitled to a refund, or you may choose to reschedule the session for free with an upgraded priority.
Kiter (Customer) No-Show
If the kiter fails to show up for their scheduled session without notifying us, no refund will be issued.
Trainer Substitution
If your specifically requested trainer is unavailable and a different, fully certified trainer shows up to conduct the lesson, you have the right to either: 1) Accept the new trainer and proceed with the lesson, or 2) Decline the lesson before it starts and receive a refund or a free reschedule with your original trainer.
Weather & Wind Conditions
Kitesurfing is a wind-dependent sport. If a session must be canceled by us or the trainer due to unsafe weather or lack of wind, you will be offered a free reschedule. If rescheduling is not possible for you during your trip, you will receive a refund.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds are processed back to the original payment method (via Paymob) and may take 5 to 14 business days to appear on your bank statement, depending on your bank's policies.

Introduction
Your privacy is critically important to us. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information when you use our app to book kitesurfing sessions and interact with our trainers.
Information We Collect
When you register, we collect your name, email address, phone number, and skill level. We also store booking data including locations and trainers. All payments are processed securely through our third-party payment gateway (Paymob). We do not store your credit card numbers or sensitive financial data on our servers.
How We Use Your Information
To connect you with certified trainers, facilitate your bookings, send confirmations or weather alerts, process refunds, and handle customer support.
Sharing of Information
We only share necessary details (name, contact, skill level) with your assigned trainer. We share transaction data securely with Paymob solely for completing payments. We never sell, rent, or trade your personal information.
Data Security & Your Rights
We implement strict security measures to protect your account. You have the right to access your data or request account deletion at any time through the app settings or by contacting our support team.
